「航空安全とはRegulator（航空規制当局）が一方的に監督して達成するものでも、Providor（航空会社等）が単独で努力して達成するものでもなく、それぞれが役割を果たしつつ、相互に情報を活用して継続的に改善することで達成される」というのがSMS（安全管理システム）の基本的な考え方です。

この視点をもとに、CDFA（連続降下による最終進入）について考えてみます。

The fundamental concept of an SMS (Safety Management System) is that aviation safety is not achieved through unilateral oversight by Regulators (aviation regulatory authorities) nor through the solitary efforts of Providers (airlines, etc.), but rather through each party fulfilling their respective roles while continuously improving by mutually utilizing information.

Based on this perspective, let's consider CDFA (Continuous Descent Final Approach).
